I have to say it's mighty white of Senator Tupperware to stand up for white nationalists no matter how embarrassingly obvious it shows him to be mentally and morally negligible.
But as to the mystery of missing whistleblowers, Oscar Wilde said it best -- to mislay one whistleblower is a misfortune; to lose track of more, begins to look like carelessness.
Although the media haven't explained anything very well, I think he may be worried that McCarthy will challenge a 14th amendment move by asking for a stay (rather than "suing") - which could cause the debt limit to be breached while judges somewhere dither around. McCarthy would still be responsible for the breach because he asked for the stay, but it's not as clean (e.g., he could blame the judges). Biden is trying to "work" with McCarthy -that's his mistake.
The sad thing is that this preposterous scenario is now typical of the sort of bad fiction that we regularly get from these cretins. Someone, somewhere, needs to do a series about these wankers and their tall tales. Steve Martin and Martin Short should definitely star. Not sure who could pull off a convincing MTG. 🤔

I am old enough to remember Congressmen and Senators who were expected to be smarter, more connected to creating useful legislation. While there were some nefarious deals cuts between Dems and GOP in the late 20th century...at least they were on the same page to have citizen well-being top-most, while ensuring the fat cats got their milk.
I have no idea who are the recipients of the GOP's "potential" legislation when they are stupid (Bobert and Tuberville), ignorant (Madge "Dude Looks Like a Lady' Greene and Tuberville), venal (Gosar, Gaetz, and Cruz), narcissistic (Gaetz, Cruz and Hawley), celebrity wannabes (All of the above).
What this reminds me of is a couple of stories in the "Sunday Sport", the most tabloid of tabloids in the UK a long time ago. I remember reading the front-page article "WWII bomber found on the moon". A week or two later, after it was proven that there was no WWII bomber on the moon, the headline, completely unabashed, was "WWII bomber on the moon disappears". And here we are again.
I know you are not supposed to feel sorry for the "MAGA Mob" - but it does make me feel kinda sad when I rad articles like this, which seem to appear everyday.
Their "leaders" are such a bunch of losers, misfits, loonies and incompetents that my feelings towards the people who voted them in sometimes verge on the "Oh! Poor puppy! Ain't you got no-one to look after you?"
Because their "leaders for damn sure ain't capable of it. . .

Also, I find it odd that people who allegedly have access to deeply buried FBI and DOJ reports are in jail. Is the assumption that the Biden's had those particular WBs arrested instead of killed?
